Today, hundreds of BGL clients benefit from the advanced features of the BGL Practice Management Integration (Version 2). Which include:
- Client and contact level synchronisation,
- Prompts to review a client/contact before synchronising to an app,
- Notification of duplicate clients/contacts,
- The ability to add clients/contacts in bulk and;
- View client/contact relationships and change history.
In addition, all clients/contacts can be searched, filtered and managed within a new Client List screen.
The time has therefore come to retire BGL Practice Management Integration (Version 1).
What does this mean?
BGL Practice Management Integration (Version 1) will not be supported after 31 July 2023.
What do you need to do?
Switch to the new and improved two-way BGL Practice Management Integration (Version 2) before 31 July 2023 to ensure your data remains synchronised.
Note: BGL Practice Management Integration (Version 2) is free and available to all BGL clients.
