Preparing Year End Reports with information from other software(e.g. MYOB)
Hi,
I am wondering if anyone can guide as to how you would use Simple Invest 360 to prepare Year End Reporting(with notes and Director Declaration) if the client uses another software for their bookkeeping purposes.
For example, if a client uses MYOB as their accounting software, could there be any way to use the information from the MYOB(maybe exporting the information) to prepare the Year End Reporting in Simple Invest 360?

Thank you for getting in touch. At the moment, we do not have an integration that shares financial data between Simple Invest 360 and MYOB.That being said, for producing reports such as the Director Declaration, a contact for the director can be created and added to the Director section within the Company Relationships screen (or the Trust Relationships screen if it pertains to a Trust). Following these steps ensures that when the Director Declaration report is generated, Simple Invest 360 will pre-populate the report based on the information provided in the Company Relationships screen.

If you are trying to send financial information over to Simple Invest 360 from MYOB, we have some automated processes that may be helpful. Using BGL Smartdocs, it is possible to upload some financial document types so that the financial data within the document can be automatically uploaded into the Simple Invest 360. Please note that you may need to create accounts before doing this process so that the AI will have a better understanding of where the values should go.
