How to add new investment relating to rental property.

Hi Team,

Please help me how to create new investment account relating to rental property. I could not create new securities since the market type do not show UUT code.

  Hi Son,
  Thank you for reaching out and creating a Community Post.
  To select the correct market type, you will need to scroll below Crypto Securities to Unlisted / Managed Securities.   
  The last option under Unlisted / Managed Securities is Unlisted and Direct Property. This is the security that best describes the investment that you are creating.
  

  Alternatively, I recommend setting up an Investment Property Account via the new Property Dashboard. This will automatically create the security for you and make managing the property much easier.
