    Thank you for reaching out and for posting your question in the Community.

    Once all three steps of the Opening Balances Setup Service have been completed, a ticket is automatically created. Our Client Success team will then contact you directly to discuss the details of your request. 

    If you would like an update on the progress of your conversion at any time, you’re also welcome to email success@bglcorp.com.au, and a team member will provide you with a status update.
