Overview
The Detailed Statement of Financial Position provides comprehensive information of each:
- Investment
- Asset
- Liability
This gives a further breakdown of the accounts of the fund and identifies which control account they fall under.
How to Prepare
| From the Main Toolbar, go to Reports. |

| Select Reports. |

- Search for Detailed Statement of Financial Position using the Search Report bar. Alternatively, locate the Detailed Statement of Financial Position under Financial Reports.
- Add the Statement to Report Pack by selecting the Add To Pack arrow.

Users can preview it or download it as a PDF, Excel, or Word document. Select
to remove the statement.
- You are able to edit the format of the statement by selecting
in the report pack.
In the settings, you can enable Custom Report Titles as well as the option to show Subtotals or not. With the choice for Assets and Liabilities grouped into Current and Non-Current categories.
Notes on investment value
The investment value in the Statement of Financial Position is the security price multiplied by the units on hand when creating entries. The value is the market value, not the accounting value. To add a new price to the investment, please see our Manually Revaluing Security Prices article.
