How do I change what is included in the Notes to the Financial Statements?
Solution
You can choose which notes to include under Settings | Badge.
You can also choose to add Liability accounts when generating the report by editing the report settings under Reports.
| From the Main Toolbar, go to Settings. |

| Select Badge from the list. |
|
- Choose a badge from the Select an existing badge drop-down list.
- Under the Include Notes section, select the Notes you wish to include in the Notes to the Financial Statements.
- Click Save to confirm the changes.
- All entities attached to the selected badge will only display the selected notes.
How to customise Note 1 Paragraphs &Liability Accounts:
From the Reports Screen, once you have selected the Notes to the Financial Statements to be part of a Report Pack, Select Setting.
A popup will display allowing you to select Note 1 Paragraphs and Liability accounts. It also displays the custom note that has been added for the badge selected:
